The Yoga Experience

At Wise Moves Yoga, I am focused on providing a yoga experience of breath and movement that is beneficial to your body.

I lead classes that are playful and explore concepts of movement (flexibility) and joint range. Providing pose adjustments for different experience levels and that cater to your fitness, flexibility and strength.

I hope I am cultivating a tribe that is supportive, balanced and playful.

Terms and conditions

  • Current class rates are to support you with yoga during COVID19 crisis
  • Welcome week for new Clients only does not include programs or events (kids, pregnancy yoga and child friendly etc)
  • Unused classes expire after 4 months
  • Passes are non refundable/transferable
  • Good karma cancellation policy – life happens cancel your mat asap
  • Last minute cancellation/no shows will be deducted from your classes
