I've been dedicated to practicing yoga for more than 20 years and have been proudly running Wise Moves Yoga classes in Mandurah for over a decade.
My passion lies in fostering a warm, inclusive community where yoga and Pilates empower individuals to build strength, discover balance, and cultivate ease in both movement and life. I envision our studio as a sanctuary, a place where mindful movement and well-being come together, inviting everyone to flourish.

I fell in love with Pilates while I was recovering from a car accident in 2017. I love how it calms my brain and has me think more about how to move. I know that I am stronger from it too, and it got me back on a surfboard! I love teaching at Wise Moves and in late July I will start my Yoga Teacher Training - woohoo!

I have lived in Mandurah for the past 20 years, but spent the last five living and working in the Pilbara, then did some travelling overseas for a few months before coming "home." I started my Pilates journey with some physio-led clinical Pilates at Pilbara Therapy in Karratha, and was hooked once I could feel the strength I was gaining in my core muscles. I started my training with Studio Pilates, and soon learned I loved mat Pilates just as much as the reformer. This old yogi was really surprised by how much she enjoyed it!

I’m a dedicated educator and yoga teacher who blends decades of teaching experience with a calm, compassionate approach. My classes are inclusive and alignment-focused, offering a supportive space for students to connect with body, breath, and mind in the present moment.

Namaste, welcome to the Wise Community. My name is Lea, and I specialise in functional breathing, pranayama and movement for health and wellbeing. Yoga is a path of self-knowledge, growth and transformation, and I walk it with you. My practice supports me in all facets of life, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, and this is what I share on the mat.
All my classes are breath-centred, building strength and flexibility in not only the body but also in the nervous system and mind. I love to combine a range of different breath techniques in a vinyasa style flow, embedded with ancient yogic wisdom. You will also find me offering a number of other specialty classes and events throughout the month at Wise Moves.

Hello, I'm Lisa Braslin.
Mum, yogi, Kinesiologist.
Your health and wellbeing are everything.
Imbalances within the interconnected systems of the body will lead to disharmony and dis-ease.
Kinesiology gently brings your body back into balance
and guides you towards your true potential.
I love seeing the powerful positive changes in clients brought about through the innate wisdom of the amazing human body and the gentle art and science of Kinesiology.

I I started practicing yoga at Wise Moves Studio with Ange during a recovery from a broken leg back in 2018. What started as a purely physical practice, mostly focusing on improving my strength and mobility, has evolved into so much more. Yoga has quite literally flown into all areas of my life.
I now share my experiences and facilitate a space for others explore their bodies through a slower style of yoga called Yin.
My intention for each class is to create a space that is welcoming, supportive and encouraging. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your Wise Moves journey 🙏
