My passion is fostering a warm, inclusive community where Yoga and Pilates help people build strength, find balance, and move through life with more ease. I see our studio as a sanctuary a place where mindful movement and wellbeing come together, and everyone is invited to grow.

Found her way to Pilates while recovering from a car accident in 2017, drawn to how it calmed her mind and rebuilt her strength it even got her back on a surfboard. She's now deepening her own practice through Yoga Teacher Training.
Petina
A longtime Mandurah local, Petina discovered Pilates through physio-led recovery in the Pilbara and was hooked once she felt the strength build in her core. She's since come to love teaching both mat and reformer equally.
Karen
A dedicated educator with decades of teaching experience, Karen brings a calm, compassionate approach to every class. Her style is inclusive and alignment-focused, giving students space to connect with body, breath and mind.
Lea
Lea specialises in functional breathing, pranayama and movement for wellbeing. Her classes are breath-centred vinyasa flows that build strength and flexibility in the body, nervous system and mind, woven through with yogic wisdom.
Lisa
A mum, yogi and Kinesiologist, Lisa helps gently guide the body back into balance when its interconnected systems fall out of harmony. She loves witnessing the powerful, positive change that Kinesiology brings to her clients.
Katie
Katie began practising at Wise Moves while recovering from a broken leg in 2018, and yoga has since flowed into every part of her life. She now teaches Yin a slower style creating a welcoming space for others to explore their own bodies.
Amber
Amber blends over two decades of experience across yoga, dance, remedial therapy, Ayurveda and integrative health, having recently returned home after 14 years living and working in Switzerland. She sees yoga as a lifelong practice of deepening self-trust, on and off the mat.
Steph
Steph's path wound from adult training to school teaching before she found her way to yoga. Her classes are breath-led, focused on strength, stability and ease, in a supportive space that favours awareness over pushing.
Amber - Lee
Amber-Lee is a mum of three and a lifelong student of yoga, now bringing her Hot Yoga classes to Wise Moves after teaching at Align Studio. Yoga became her path to healing during a difficult chapter of her life, and she teaches every class as an invitation to reconnect with who you already are.

studio manager
After years working as a social worker in the Pilbara, I reached a point where I needed to turn inward toward my health and reset. Now I get to support this studio my sister Ange's vision as the first point of contact for members and behind-the-scenes support for our teachers, making sure everything runs smoothly.
